Where are sessions held?
I shoot mostly outdoors — parks, natural settings, and meaningful locations around Hamburg and Western New York. I love golden hour light and places that mean something to your family. Indoor sessions are available by request.
How long until I receive my photos?
Edited galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session via a private online gallery link. You'll be able to download full-resolution images directly.
How do I bring old photos for blending?
Bring physical prints or digital scans of any vintage photos you'd like to incorporate. I handle all the artistic blending as part of your session package. The older and more worn the photo, the better — that's the point.
What is the digital heirloom drive?
Instead of a link that expires, I hand you a portable hard drive with every edited image from your session — full resolution, fully yours. No cloud subscriptions, no re-downloading, no worrying about a gallery disappearing. Your photos are on a drive you can plug in ten years from now.
What should we wear?
Neutral tones, textures, and layers that coordinate without being overly matching. Think warm creams, soft blues, earthy tones. Avoid logos and very bright colors. I'll send you a detailed style guide after you book.
Do you travel outside Hamburg?
Yes — I serve all of Western New York within a 30-mile radius of Hamburg at no additional cost. Travel beyond that range is available with a travel fee.
Can I add the digital heirloom drive to any session?
Yes. The drive is included in the Glitches in Time Experience package, and available as an add-on to any other session. Just ask when you inquire.
What happens if it rains?
I'll reschedule at no charge. Western New York weather is what it is — I'd rather wait for beautiful light than shoot in bad conditions.
How many people can be in the session?
Any number. Generational and Signature sessions are specifically designed for large groups — grandparents, parents, children, cousins. The more, the better.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourselves — and any vintage photos if you've booked a blending package. If you have a meaningful heirloom object or prop, bring it. I love incorporating those details.
What if my kids won't cooperate?
I'm a mom of four. I've been there. Kids don't need to perform — they need to feel safe and comfortable, and then the real moments happen on their own. I give everyone time to warm up, and I never rush.
